Reservations, Rental Rates and Fees
Initial payment of 50% of rental rate is due within 5 days from the reservation date. Remaining 50% and security deposit of USD$400.00 are due 10 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit is returned within five business days providing all contract conditions are met.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser.
Discounts: 14 nights or more: Holidays and weekends excluded.
